We have grouped some of the most frequently asked questions and added them below. However, if you have a question that we have not answered please feel free to contact us where we will do our utmost to answer any queries.

  • Why Personalised Jute Bags?
    Cheryl's Creations began life as a hobby mainly painting and creating bags for myself after the law was changed on plastic bags. This quickly grew to friends and family asking if I could do them a bag for when they went out shopping themselves. It is quite evident that over the last few years everybody wants to be unique and promote their own individual image. Therefore, at Personalised Jute Bags we saw a gap in the market here where we could make a personalised jute bag which would showcase the individual whilst looking their best! We allow the customer full control over the design of their personalised jute bag by allowing them them to specify a series of options including: Hair colour and and style, eye colour, what outfit they want to wear, what object they want to be holding, name, border colour, cute bow and we have even added cars, backgrounds and horses into picture too! At personalised Jute Bags we are only as restricted as your imagination!
  • Why has my gift not arrived yet?
    At Cheryl's Creations we aim to dispatch all of our personalised jute bags between 3 and 5 working days after the initial order has been made. This time may vary during busy periods like Christmas for example. Once we have completed your gift we will hand deliver them to the post office where the Royal Mail take over. Upon request we are able to provide you with a tracking code as each item is sent via recorded delivery. Once the gift/s have been despatched, we are unable to control the delivery process. If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've tried to deliver it, or check with your neighbours to find out whether the package has been left with them. If you still have not received your item we will do whatever we can to try and rectify any problems caused by the delayed delivery. Please remember that first class items are not guaranteed next day delivery and depending on the size and amount of gifts you order, may take several days to arrive, particularly during peak periods. Please make sure you allow enough time for your gifts to arrive. It's always better for a gift to arrive one day early than one day late.
  • I have noticed a mistake with my order, can I change it?"
    Please contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to rectify the mistake for you. You will be able to change your order providing it has not already been put into production. Unfortunately, your order has already been sent to production we will not be able to make any changes at this stage.
  • How can I pay?
    At Cheryl's Creations we accept Paypal or card as a method of payment. If you contact us you can also pay via a bank transfer or even cash on collection if you live within close proximity of us.
